Import or add subscriptions manually

Getting every subscription into the system is what makes reminders, analytics, and optimization guidance reliable.

When to import and when to add manually

If you already have a bill export, note, or spreadsheet, importing is usually the fastest way to complete your first pass.

If you only want to try SaveMySubs or you currently have just a few subscriptions, manual entry is lighter and easier.

Recommended input order

  1. Start with the most expensive subscriptions and the ones easiest to forget
  2. Then add video, music, cloud storage, and tool-related services
  3. Finish by capturing the small recurring charges that are easy to overlook

Minimum fields for each subscription

  • Service name
  • Price
  • Billing cycle
  • Next renewal date

A simple way to begin

You do not need perfect historical data on day one. If you only add the subscriptions renewing within the next 30 days, that is already enough to start preventing waste.
